Tijuana- from signonsandiego.com. Remember that story about the biker who crashed his bike in Tijuana and ran, and then the police discovered that the passenger was a dead guy with a helmet on? Well they arrested the guy. No, the driver, and he's been charged with killing his passenger. Riding dead guys around and dropping the bodies off in a vacant alley is apparently a time-honored tradition among drug-lords in Mexico.link to article
