Polaris to Grow Victory- Blackwell Promoted to VP
Press release announcing some organizational changes at Polaris Motorcycle division, aka Victory. Promoted to VP- Victory Motorcycle and International Operations, is Mark Blackwell. Blackwell has been with Polaris since 2000 as General Manager at Victory. Let's hope this is a sign of more good things to come from Victory.
