MIC: Motorcycle, Scooter Sales Up for Q3
Motorcycle Industry Council Q3 Report Shows Higher SalesThe Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) released a few stats on Q3 domestic motorcycle and scooter sales. On-street motorcycle sales were up 16%, while scooter sales were up a sizzling 65%! The numbers represented sales across 12 major brands, so we're probably not counting the ultra-cheap import scooters or that garbage they sell at Pep Boys. Sales are on track to push total sales for the year past the 1M mark for the third year in a row.
